Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona Ideas Collide (IC), a full-service marketing and communications agency, is growing inside and out to support the acquisition of new clients to the agency’s growing portfolio of clients in Phoenix and Portland.
IC recently moved from the CENTRL Office Pearl District to CENTRL Office Downtown Portland. The move into larger offices was necessitated by rapid business growth in the Portland area which included the addition of new employees.
“Portland has always been a key part of our business growth and strategy. We started working in the market in 2007, set our official first physical office here in 2016 and are excited to continue to partner with CENTRL Office as we continue to grow and expand. Investing in Portland both with our team members and overall within the community is essential to our long-term growth and success,” said Matthew Clyde, Founder and President of Ideas Collide.
New key positional hires include Anita Hildreth as Director of Talent & Operations, responsible for developing team training programs and establishing team member relations best practices. Anita brings over 20 years of experience in People Services, Operational Management and Leadership Development. She has vast experience in working across a variety of specialties in her field including employee relations, benefits, payroll, training and recruiting. She has a Bachelor of Arts focused in Psychology from the University of Arizona and has a diverse background over her career in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Bryan Noguchi also joins Ideas Collide as Director of Media Planning & Strategy and will oversee the core paid media/advertising initiatives, strategies and programs across all advertising channels at the agency. Bryan is a long-time media and advertising professional with a breadth of experience ranging from traditional broadcast, print and out-of-home, to digital display, podcasts and paid social. Prior to joining Ideas Collide, Bryan led media teams for both regional and global media agencies such as R2C Group, T3, Grey Worldwide (Mediacom), McCann and most recently Caffelli.
Brynne Curran has joined Ideas Collide as an Account Director, who will be leading the Banner Health and Bestway accounts.Brynne has had a successful marketing career with over ten years in the consumer products industry. Most recently, she was a Senior Marketing Manager at Spin Master Toys in Los Angeles, which is a $1.6 billion global toy company. The new positions were created to help guide the agency’s overall growth and expansion into new markets.
