IC United: An “All-In” Focus for 2019

At the end of each year, our entire agency team gathers in Scottsdale, Arizona to celebrate the successes of the last year and unify around lofty goals for the next. It’s also an opportunity for the team to align around a central theme – one that will set the tone for the year to come. In 2018, our focus was Hustle & Grow. The chapter drove us to push for excellence, find efficiencies, introduce new skills and grow the impact we make for our clients.
For 2019 we open a new chapter, IC United. Drawing power and inspiration from storied soccer traditions, this energetic refrain is focused on how we work as a team. Championships aren’t won by individuals. Likewise, our clients’ success is achieved when we are united in purpose and passion. Ideas Collide is a team where every player is a star and all eyes are focused on the glory of the team. When you join our ranks, we have your back and we all win together.
There is no energy in sports like what’s felt in a football arena. Loyalty, conviction, fervor, unity… these spirits and more define the outlook for our agency in 2019.
